April 2026, Shanghai — The 35th China International Glass Industrial Technical Exhibition has successfully concluded. SNR participated in the event, engaging with glass manufacturers, furnace operators, and industry partners from various regions.
During the exhibition, SNR presented its fused cast refractory products, including AZS series blocks and related solutions for glass furnace applications. Discussions focused on practical issues in furnace operation, such as corrosion resistance, structural spalling, and performance under long-term high-temperature conditions.

Compared with previous editions, this year’s discussions were more application-oriented, with key topics including:
► Material selection for different furnace zones
► Stability of fused cast blocks during extended campaigns
► Feasibility of hot repair and partial replacement
► Impact of refractory performance on furnace lifetime
The SNR team shared insights based on project experience, emphasizing the importance of material selection aligned with specific furnace design and operating conditions, rather than relying solely on standard specifications.
The exhibition also provided an opportunity to reconnect with existing clients, understand their current furnace conditions and maintenance plans, and establish new contacts for future cooperation.

Looking ahead, SNR will continue to enhance product consistency and on-site performance, supporting more stable and longer furnace operations.
